We're sure you have plenty of questions to ask us, so we've complied a list of some of the most asked questions below. If you can't find your answer here, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I modify the source code?
You are authorised to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.  The only restriction is you may not remove the Projeto Ltd branding without purchasing a 'Rebrand License'.  This license may be added on during the initial purchase of the template, or you may purchase at any time after.

What support is available for your products?
Our first level of support is through our helpdesk system. If you have problems with downloads, installation or bugs for a commercial product, you can submit a ticket and one of our support team members will help you. Our response time is usually within 24 hours.

We also offer one-on-one support at £30 per hour. Our expert team can solve all manner of CubeCart problems.

Can I try out a commercial template before I buy?
We do not offer trial products.

We have set up demo sites for each of our commercial templates so that you may see the template in action.

Can one edit colours and images in templates purchased from you?
It is allowed to edit the templates to your needs.

How many licenses do I need for my site?
You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You must purchase additional site licenses in order to make more sites with the same template.

We try to be as flexible as possible with this approach. For example, if you are using a staging/demo server to prepare the site for a client, and then plan to move it to the client's hosting, you'll only need one license.

Can I Resell Projeto Products?
You can resell to individual clients as part of a larger project, but not in any kind of downloadable format.

As noted in our terms and conditions, you may provide the template as part of a service for the amount of domain licenses you have purchased. You may not re-distribute as a downloadable product.
